Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Exclusive to customers who have had a full MMRCS deep clean within the last 12–15 months.
- Pre-existing Condition: If a visit is skipped for 2+ years and significant moss returns, a "Mini-Scrape" surcharge may apply.
- Access: Customers must provide perimeter access and a working outdoor water tap.
- Drone Survey: This is a visual inspection only; MMRCS is not liable for underlying structural issues not visible from the air.
- Weather: Services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety and chemical effectiveness.
- Payment: Fees are due upon completion and delivery of the drone report.
