- Q: Manual Scrape or Low-Pressure Wash? A: The choice is yours. Both are professional and non-aggressive. The Low-Pressure Wash provides faster visual results, while the Manual Scrape is a water-free process kinder to very old structures.
- Q: What is the Roof Care Plan? A: This is our signature maintenance service. For an annual fee (starting from £180), we apply a biocide top-up that prevents the biofilm from ever returning. It keeps your roof in a permanently clean state and saves you thousands in long-term cleaning costs.
- Q: What is the Gutter Guarantee? A: If the "break away" moss from our treatment causes a blockage, I will return and clear it for free. (Covers moss debris only).
- Q: Does roof cleaning damage the tiles? A: Not when done correctly. Damage usually comes from high-pressure blasting or walking on tiles incorrectly. We use calibrated low-pressure or manual scraping to preserve the roof. We prioritize customer preference on the method used, provided it is safe for the property.
